After spending 16 years in a boutique firm in Rockport-Fulton, Alissa decided to create Spears & Co; a new approach to real estate. Instead of being sales focused she set out to deepen relationships.

Since its creation we have created community events, we use the latest technology, we advance our knowledge by attending conferences and we host client appreciation events that make memories that last a lifetime. We do real estate with passion.

As Spears & CO has grown Alissa and Alina have been consistent with ensuring that we stand out from the rest. Our company has experienced some hardships after the landfall of Category 4 Hurricane, Harvey. Instead of sitting back and counting our losses we rolled up our sleeves and helped our community every.single.day. and we are so proud to celebrate the Rockport-Fulton that thrives today.
